Each link
  1. 1. Real personNot stated

    Person · Not stated

Still open: Recorders hold capture-app accounts and must be 18 or older, but no identity check is described for the current service; the ID checks of the closed collector platform no longer run.

  2. 2. Captured locallyNot stated

    Camera · Not stated

Still open: Not a signed capture, so none (STANDARD §3). What is stated: First-person video recorded through the capture app; automated systems score or flag submissions for quality, duplication and integrity. No C2PA signing and no published check against screen recordings or generated video; customer-supplied data may never pass through the app.

    Place · Not stated

Still open: The capture app does not collect precise geolocation; where a recording was made rests on the supplier's word and the spec.

  3. 3. Genuine deviceNot stated

    App · Not stated

Still open: Recordings are made with Truelabel's capture app or apparatus it supplies, and each episode is linked to the recorder's Recording Notice acknowledgement (document version, hash and time); that hash is a consent record, not a device or app attestation, and no attestation is documented. The pipeline also processes data a service customer delivers from its own rigs. Capture in the provider's own app or rig is not a server-verified attestation (STANDARD §3).

  4. 4. Sealed captureNot stated

Content · Claimed. Every recording is checked against the lines of the buyer's spec (e.g. two cameras in sync, hands in view, faces and screens blurred) and the buyer sees each result before delivery; incomplete or ambiguous items are flagged for review.

Still open: Check criteria and results are not public, and the terms say a check is not acceptance or a warranty of fitness.

Counts only with a stated signing mechanism (C2PA, a manifest).

  5. 5. Known timestampReported

Time · Claimed. Capture timestamps and configuration are collected with each recording, and streams are aligned to one clock.

Still open: Timestamps are not signed or published, so no one outside Truelabel can check them.

A time stated, not attested (RFC 3161, a log): Reported.

  6. 6. Tracked in transitNot stated

Custody record (optional field) · Not stated

  7. 7. Independently verifiedNot stated

    Cross-check · Not stated

Still open: Nothing independent confirms individual recordings; Truelabel runs the checks itself.

  8. 8. Delivered to youNot stated

Delivery receipt (optional field) · Not stated

Notes

About. A Brazilian company (Ensoft Informática LTDA, trading as TrueLabel) that connects organizations needing physical-AI training data with organizations that capture it, and runs the processing pipeline between them. A buyer describes the task, setting, data type (head-worn video, teleoperation, motion capture, fixed cameras) and hours; Truelabel looks for suppliers who can capture it and checks each recording against the buyer's spec (camera sync, hands in view, faces and screens blurred) before delivery, splitting takes into episodes, syncing streams and labelling actions. Truelabel is not a party to the buyer-supplier deal unless a signed agreement says so; that deal sets price, ownership and licence. Its revenue is processing fees under a signed agreement per engagement. Its own collector marketplace closed on 8 October 2026; no prices, timelines or API are published.

Price. Not published. Truelabel's revenue comes from processing fees set in a signed agreement for each engagement. The price of the capture itself is agreed between buyer and supplier, outside Truelabel's terms.

Coverage. No supplier locations or countries are published. Truelabel is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and its terms are governed by Brazilian law (LGPD). Its closed collector program's archive pages referred to the US, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Peru, but that program takes no new work.

Timing. 'Does truelabel publish a sourcing schedule? No. Operators schedule the capture they run. truelabel does not publish sample or production timelines.' (FAQ)

Licence. Truelabel takes no ownership of or licence to recordings: the arrangements between the organizations involved, and with the people who record, decide who owns recordings and how they may be used. The service customer (whoever hires Truelabel) must hold every right and consent, including image and voice. The terms name model training, derivative works, exclusivity, redistribution and resale as separate terms for the operator's spec, not defaults. Unless the service customer opts out in its agreement, Truelabel may use recordings in de-identified or aggregated form to improve its processing pipeline (quality checks and processing steps); it does not sell or relicense them. A check result is not acceptance, legal clearance or a warranty that data is lawful or consented.
